AFN has also worked with other organizations such as O.N.E Coalition, Autism Society of Nebraska, Autism Speaks, Optimist Clubs of Nebraska, Nebraska Walleye Association, Nebraska Freemasons, Lincoln Children's Museum, and University of Nebraska. AFN has participated with these groups on activities such as an Autism Awareness Float in the Nebraska City AppleJack Parade, Light It Up Blue for Autism Awareness, Autism Support Group Formation, Mobile Day Camp, Lincoln Autism Speaks Walk, Go Fish Kids! Clinic, Homer's Heroes, and Husker Heroes to help promote and sponsor activities to help all with disabilities.
